Questions about plans
Do I need an account to buy Pro?
No. You buy Pro with your Apple Account through the App Store. DotSafe does not know who you are.
How do I cancel?
Only Apple can cancel an App Store subscription. In DotSafe, go to Settings, then Plan, then Manage subscription. Or open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Pro stays on until the end of the period that you paid for.
What happens to my vaults if Pro ends?
Nothing is deleted. All your vaults stay on your device and stay open. Sync stops, and the copy in iCloud stays as it was. You cannot make more vaults than the Free limit until you have fewer than 3. When Pro starts again, sync merges the changes.
Does Pro apply to all my devices?
Yes, on the devices that use the same Apple Account. Tap Restore purchases in Settings if a device does not show Pro.
Is there a free trial?
Free has no time limit, so you can try every security feature before you pay. When you need more vaults or items, or sync and sharing, upgrade to Pro.
